LABORATORY DRUG TESTING
We coordinate drug screening through laboratories that maintain certification through the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). SAMHSA-certified labs are the only facilities approved to conduct federal workplace drug testing. And we have computer-to-computer links with several SAMHSA-certified labs to ensure rapid turnaround of results for pre-employment screening and tenured employees.
MEDICAL REVIEW OFFICERS
We work with Medical Review Officers (MROs) that are licensed and accredited through AAMRO and MRO-cc. A drug-specific interview will take place with each employee or applicant whose results are non-negative to ensure that prescribed medication has not triggered a positive drug test result.
We have a national network of over 5,000 medical facilities where applicants and employees can submit urine and/or hair samples for substance testing in a controlled medical environment. We can also coordinate on-site testing at a company location and provide 24/7 post-accident drug testing services for companies that have round-the-clock operations.
RANDOM SELECTION FOR DRUG TESTING
We offer a non-biased computerized selection program to help protect your company from claims of bias with random drug testing to help maintain a drug- and alcohol-free environment. Studies show that random testing helps serve as a deterrent for employees who might continue to use drugs after passing a pre-employment screening. Weekly, monthly or quarterly selection cycles can be scheduled.
We have access to multiple national and state databases, including county court records. All of our information searches meet or exceed Fair Credit Report Act (FCRA) standards for employment service records.
